There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I’m experienced, because I’m professional . . .and because I care. Let me share a little more about my history; about who I am:
21 years ago, I began my professional career in the finance industry in Atlanta, GA as a mortgage loan originator. Marriage to an active duty member of the United States Navy sent me to NSB Kings Bay, GA and an advancement into mortgage loan processing and closing for Navy Federal Credit Union. Several years later, my husband and I experienced “extreme” family growth….6 children! Electing to sideline my professional career, a “domestic career” blossomed.
Over a decade of community service, fundraising, and childhood education with a stint as a private school educator led me into a vast network of professional contacts. From this network, I was offered and accepted a position as an Administrative Assistant to an international real estate investor. This position expanded my knowledge base of mortgage finance into real estate transactions both in the United States and abroad.
After 20 years, 5 days serving America, my husband retired. Our family had now grown into the "extreme Brady Bunch" due to "extreme" life changes: 9 children ranging from 10 years to 24 years old. Due to my husband’s transitional employment to the civilian sector in Clearwater, we relocated our family to Tampa.
Extensive administrative work in photographing, listing, and marketing real estate for local agents, brokerages, and building companies in Hillsborough/Pinellas/Pasco counties prompted my decision to place my Florida real estate license with Samuelsen Builders Realty.
On a more personal note, my family and I enjoy the beach, diving, and motorcycling. And why do I use my full birth name? In memory, love, and respect of my grandmother, Dorothy Elizabeth whose love helped shape the woman I am. To my beautiful mother Faye Ellen, I also give tribute for her love, support, and fundlemental teachings.
